About the Role

NESO is a North American tournament organizer that has a history working in Valorant, CSGO, League of Legends, and Overwatch. We have continued to grow as an organization, and have plans to both expand our current selection of titles and tournaments to reach a larger audience.

As the content manager of NESO, you'd be entrusted with creating and scheduling clips and media for our various social networking platforms. Specifically, you'll work to advertise and grow our brand following across TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube by utilizing content from our Twitch broadcasts and community. You will be required to work independently as a contractor to fulfill weekly deadlines. You will report to the Creative Content Manager.

Responsibilities

  • A portfolio in video editing. Graphic design is a plus.

  • Experience with social media and networking.

  • Experience working independently to meet deadlines.

  • Experience interpreting analytics and making decisions based on it.

Desired Qualifications

  • An existing social media following on either Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube, or Twitch.

  • Currently pursuing or have a bachelors degree in Marketing.

  • 2+ years of working in a social media role in esports.

  • Understanding of SEO optimization.

  • Understanding of content production and marketing.
